Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Refunds

At Placement Insider, we strive to provide students with the best possible learning experience. Since we offer digital courses, assessments, and services, our refund policy is different from that of physical goods. Please read carefully before making a purchase.

  • Once you purchase a course, membership, or digital service, the fee is non-refundable.
  • Refunds will only be considered in the following cases:
    • Duplicate payment was made due to a technical error.
    • Payment was charged but the course/service was not delivered to you within 72 hours of the beginning date of the course.
  • All refund requests must be sent to support@placementinsider.in with proof of payment.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original method of payment.

2. Cancellations

  • You may cancel a course or subscription before accessing/starting it, and a full refund will be provided (if applicable).
  • Once you have accessed or started the course materials, cancellation and refund will not be possible.

3. Sale/Discounted Purchases

Fees paid for discounted or promotional offers are strictly non-refundable.


4. Exchanges

Since our products are digital, exchanges are not applicable. If you face any technical issue with accessing your course, please contact us at support@placementinsider.in and our team will resolve it promptly.
